Its been One year since the Grand Vitara launched in the Indian Market, till now it’s a super hit and High demanding Model among the Mid Size Suv Segment. The Major Attraction is the Hybrid and the Mileage it offer. We are taking Grand Vitara Hybrid to a Long term User review, and we got around 26.9 kmpl on our Daily Commute In the City + Highway rides. We took Grand Vitara Hybrid as our Daily Driver and Driven around 1500 Km in a Single Week covered Kochi – Thrissur- Palakkad – Kozhikode and Resulted with 26.9 kmpl with an Avg Speed of 50 to 70 km/h. we are driven in the ECO& Normal Modes with Linear Acceleration and AC Switched on all the Time and get this Fuel Efficient.
In the City Traffic and Tight Spots the 360 Degree Camera helps a lot, I think I need to be a Standard features in all cars because its demand more attention while Driving, Ventilated Seats gives you a better driving experience and Comfort at the same time.
The Panoramic Sunroof helps the cabin gets more airy and spacious too. Also it gets Wireless Android auto/Apple car play

Engine Options & Mileage
The Grand Vitara comes as a strong hybrid vehicle. The vehicle is powered by two engines. 1.5L smart hybrid engine and 1.5L intelligent smart electric motor engine. The hybrid Grand Vitara is powered by a 92hp 122Nm 1.5L TNGA Atkinson Cycle engine and a 79hp 141Nm Jing electric motor found in the Toyota Hyryder. This gives the vehicle an electric range of up to 25 km. The total power of the vehicle is 114 hp.
It has an ARAI certified mileage of 27.97 km. The engine is mated to an eCVT gear box. Another engine option is Maruti Suzuki's 1.5L K15C mild hybrid engine that produces 103hp @ 117Nm of torque. It has 6-speed CVT automatic with paddle shifts and 5-speed manual transmission options. This powerful SUV delivers a mileage of 21.11 kmpl in 2W drive, 20.58 kmpl in automatic mode and 19.38 kmpl in all wheel drive mode.

Drive Modes
The vehicle offers EV, Eco, Power and Normal drive modes and user selectable Auto, Sport, Snow and Lock drive modes on the All Grip model. But the All Grip does not get the advantage of Hybrid. Its only available in Manual Gear Transmission with OFF Road ( Traction modes) in the non- hybrid version.
Boot Space
